Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, viewing or ordering Downunder Toys products, operated by Medisil Downunder, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of service. The terms may be modified without notice.
Age of consent
You must be of legal age to view adult content, which varies from country to country. In Australia, you must be at least 18 years of age to access adult content. Our staff take all reasonable precautions to ensure our customers are of legal age, but we do not take responsibility for the actions of minors who deliberately seek out adult information.
Currency
All items displayed are priced in Australian Dollars, and Goods and services tax (GST) is added to all purchases with a delivery address inside Australia.
Payment Security
We use Secure Pay software to process online payments, to ensure the security of credit card transactions. The cards accepted for payment are displayed on the front page and on the order form.

Shipping
All orders will despatched 3-5 days of receipt of your order,although some items already in stock can be despatched same day, packaging is very discreet to protect your privacy.
We offer two levels of shipping service, both through Australia Post.
Privacy
Downunder Toys was established in 1992. We have been supplying pleasure products discreetly for more than 10 years, and we have never disclosed details of any customer name or address to any third party. We will never sell or give away customer information.
Return Policy
Consumer law in Australia requires that a product should be suitable for the purpose for which it is sold. Downunder Toys are designed for intimate use. If, when your order is delivered, you find a product has a fault from the manufacturing process, you have 14 days in which to return the faulty goods to us for replacement. In the case of a faulty product being delivered to you, please notify us via email immediately, and we will arrange to replace the product. Due to hygiene issues we cannot accept for replacement, a product which has been used.
